Dr. Margenau has been serving the community with great dentistry for over 30 years.
Located in Downtown Dexter, our practice is conveniently located in the historically renovated Dexter Methodist Church on Central Street. The building was erected in 1927 and converted to a dental practice when Dr. Margenau took ownership in 1990. Most of the original charm has been maintained, adding to the quaint atmosphere of our unique office.

Here at Roy E. Margenau III DDS, we provide a full range of dental services to patients of all ages.
